Baijiu Cocktails | Making Cocktails With V.I.P Jiu 8
Baijiu Cocktails
There has emerged from China a high alcohol spirit called baijiu, which translates into English as clear spirit.
V.I.P Jiu 8 is an extremely versatile baijiu, it can be drank neat as it has a great taste, both on the palate and on the throat and a long pleasant after taste. it can also be used in cocktails and mixed drinks as its strength of 58% still shines when it has been diluted and it blends in with mixers and other spirits.
V.I.P Jiu 8 is so smooth it will blend with any occasion, a universal drink for all tastes. So I decided to put together some old and some new cocktails to include this exciting new liquor.
Now let us get on with the business at hand. I will start by making some old and some new cocktails with V.I.P Jiu 8, then go on to make cocktails with a mixture of spirits. Remember I am using the jigger measurement which is 1½f oz or 45 ml.
